GOLDSHIP WELCOMES NEW ARTIST: ERIC JACKSON & WILLOW RIVER
Meet alternative-country/bluegrass group, Eric Jackson & Willow River. The band's journey began in 2021, when singer-songwriter Eric Jackson, fueled by a deep passion for storytelling through music, assembled a group of like-minded musicians who shared his vision for a unique blend of country, folk, and alternative rock.
The band's name pays homage to the original name of the Grand River in Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada, which is where the band lives and records. With rich vocals and smooth harmonies backed by the sweet sounds of banjo, mandolin, guitar, and upright bass, Eric Jackson & Willow River have been captivating audiences at venues small and large across Ontario.
Eric is a Métis artist who is passionate about connecting with his indigenous heritage, and remains active in the community.
